Privacy policy
Short version: this site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics. Below is everything it does do with data, who else is involved, and what your rights are.
1. Who is responsible
The controller of any personal data processed through this site is Wirewolf Design s.r.o.
Registered office: Nejedlého 3284/55, 841 02 Bratislava, Slovakia
Company ID No: 57704309
Contact: mattnovovesky@gmail.com
2. What this site does - and doesn't do
This is a portfolio site. There are no user accounts, no forms, no newsletter, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking scripts. We do not sell or share personal data with anyone.
3. Server logs
Like every website, the server that hosts this site records technical access data when you open a page: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the referring page and your browser type. Our hosting provider keeps these logs to run the service and to detect abuse.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Cookies and local storage
This site sets no cookies of its own. The only things stored in your browser are two local-storage entries: lenka-consent, which remembers that you have dismissed the cookies & privacy notice so it isn't shown on every page, and lenka-theme, which remembers whether you chose the light or the dark look. They contain nothing but those choices, are never sent anywhere, and are strictly necessary for those two features to work. Clearing your browser's site data removes them and brings the notice back.
5. Third-party services
Google Fonts. The typefaces are loaded from Google's servers (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com). When a page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google, which necessarily transmits your IP address to Google, possibly to servers outside the EU. See Google's privacy policy.
Links to other sites. Links to LinkedIn, ArtStation, wirewolfdesign.com and other external sites take you off this site; their own privacy policies apply there.
6. When you e-mail us
If you write to one of the addresses on this site, we process your e-mail address and whatever you send in order to reply and follow up. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or steps towards a contract if you ask about work (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We keep the correspondence as long as the conversation needs it and delete it afterwards, unless we are legally required to keep it longer.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw any consent you have given. Write to the contact address above. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority - in Slovakia that is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
8. Changes
If the site starts doing something new with data, this page changes first. The date at the top tells you when it was last updated.
